    lb hamburger

    pkg dry onion soup mix

  • 1

    Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

  • 2

    Tbsp black pepper

  • 4

    slices cheddar cheese

  • 4

    Tbsp blue cheese

  • lettuce, tomato and onion slices


In medium bowl, combine ground beef, onion soup mix and Worcestershire sauce, mix well and form into 4 patties. Place cracked pepper in shallow dish. Press both sides of burgers into peppers. Heat grill to medium heat. Place burgers on grill - grill, turning once, 7-14 minutes (or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. Top burgers with cheese slices just before removing from grill. Serve on buns with lettuce and tomatoes - top with blue cheese, cheddar cheese and onion.
