Blush Wine Vinaigrette
2 Tbs. = 4 points
Dressing for mixed lettuces with strawberries & grapes
Yield= 1/2 cup
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice, fresh squeezed
- 3 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 5 Tbsp canola oil
- kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
1. In small bowl whisk together vinegar, lemon juice, and sugar until the sugar has dissolved.
2. Slowly add the oil in a steam, whisking to emulsify.
3. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
