Ingredients
- 1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
- 1/2 Cup Coconut
- 1/2 Cup Butter, softened
- 2 1/2 Cups Apples, diced
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 Egg, beaten

Step 1
Mix butter and dry cake mix until crumbly. Add coconut and mix. Pat lightly into ungreased 9" x 13" glass cake pan. Build up edges slightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Sprinkle apples onto warm crust. Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle evenly over apples. Blend sour cream and egg and pour over apples. Bake for 25 minutes.
