Ingredients
- 1 6" tortilla
- 2 tbsp refried beans
- 2 tbsp shredded cooked chicken
- 2 tbsp salsa
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/4 cup shedded iceberg lettuce
- 4 slices plum tomatoes
Preparation
Step 1
Spread tortilla with refried beans; top with chicken and salsa, then sprinkle with cheese
Grill pizza 3 to 5 minutes, until tortilla is crips. Remove from grill and top with shredded lettuce and tomato slices.
