Funfetti Whoopie Pies

These Funfetti Whoopie Pies are a party perfect dessert! They are simple, gorgeous, and delicious!

Ingredients

• 1 box Pillsbury Spring Funfetti cake mix
• 1/3 cup water
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 3 large eggs
• 1 can Pillsbury Spring Funfetti frosting

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix cake mix, eggs, water and oil in a large mixing bowl on medium speed until fully combined. Drop batter using a small cookie scoop on prepared baking sheet and bake for about 6-8 minutes or until tops spring back when lightly touched.
Remove to a wire baking sheet to cool.
Once cookies are cooled, frost the flat part of half the cookies then top with another cookie.
