Spring Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 4 4 thighs
  • canola oil
  • 1 1 1 lb. green beans
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 c white wine
  • 3 3 3 minced cloves garlic
  • sliced basil
  • lemon zest

Preparation

Step 1

Brown the chicken skins; flip thighs. Add beans, wine, garlic. Roast @ 425 for 15 min. Top with basil and lemon.
