Ingredients

  • 1 cup chinese black vinegar (Shanxi Province vinegar is the best)
  • 4 Tablespoons Lee Kum Kee Garlic Chile Paste
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons sesame oil
  • sliced green onions
  • ... all measurements are approximations - mix the ingredients to your personal taste.
