Ingredients
- 1 cup chinese black vinegar (Shanxi Province vinegar is the best)
- 4 Tablespoons Lee Kum Kee Garlic Chile Paste
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 Tablespoons sesame oil
- sliced green onions
- ... all measurements are approximations - mix the ingredients to your personal taste.
