Sour Cream Potatoes

Ingredients

  • Boil 8 medium potatoes - not too soft and grate
  • In pan put 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 cube butter, 16 oz sour cream, 1/3 cup chopped onion, 1 1/2 cup grated cheese. Cook until all ingredients are melted.
  • Rub some sauce on bottom of dish.
  • Add potatoes, pour sauce over potatoes.
  • Cover with corn flake crumbs.
  • Cook 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
