Ingredients

  • 5 pounds shrimp - (to 6 lbs)
  • 2 sticks butter melted
  • 2 sticks margarine melted
  • 3 4 ounces Worchestershire sauce - (to 4 oz)
  • 4 tablespoons freshly-ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Tabasco pepper sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground rosemary
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 4 lemons - (2 juiced, 2 sliced)

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients (except shrimp and sliced lemon) in a bowl. Arrange shrimp and lemon slices in baking dish and then cover with sauce. Bake uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes (stirring once or twice).

Serve with basmati rice, a fresh green vegetable, fresh green salad with savory dressing and hot bread for dunking in the sauce.
