Easy Mashed Potatoes

• Instant Mashed Potatoes (Hungry Jack)
• 1 Cup Sour Cream
• 8 oz. Cream Cheese
• 3 Tbs. Minced Onion Flakes
• 1 Egg, beaten

Preparation

Step 1

Make up instant potatoes for 6 servings according to package directions. Add sour cream, cream cheese, minced onion flakes and egg. Bake at 300 degrees. Can be refrigerated overnight before baking.
