Texas Pulled Pork

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs. pork sirloin roast
  • 3 T. Apple cidar vinegar
  • 2 T. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 T. chili powder
  • 1/2 c. chicken broth
  • 2 T. liquid smoke

Preparation

Step 1

Put pork in crockpot or larger amounts in roaster. Mix next 4 ingredients together. Cook and cover on low 8-10 hours . Remove from heat and discard liquid. Shred and return to cooker add a little more chicken broth. Cook on high for 30 minutes. Serve with your favorite BBQ sauce.
