Ingredients
- 3 cups raw potatoes (1 blender container full) cubed
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 small onion quartered
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Preparation
Step 1
Wash, peel and cut up potatoes. Pat dry with paper towel. Put all ingredients into blender container. Cover. Press button for 5 to 10 seconds. Use spatula to push potatoes down, if necessary. Pour batter on greased skillet, about 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown and turn once to brown the other side.
