Ingredients
- 1 20 oz can pineapple chunks in juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine melted
- 1/2 cup buttery cracker crumbs
Preparation
Step 1
Drain pineapple, reserving 3 tablespoons juice. Combine sugar and flour, and stir in reserved pineapple juice. Add cheese and pineapple chunks, mixing well. Spoon mixture into greased 1-quart casserole. Combine melted butter and cracker crumbs, stirring well. Sprinkle over pineapple mixture. Bake in pre-heated 350 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes, until crumbs are browned.
