Ingredients
- SAUCE:
- round steak thinly sliced
- celery diagonally sliced
- green pepper cut in small squares
- green onions chopped
- 1 1/2 cups beef bouillon
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ginger
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- Sherry
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Preparation
Step 1
Saute vegetables in small amount of hot oil. Cook only until crunchy; do not overcook. Add meat and cook quickly. Meanwhile, heat sauce ingredients (except cornstarch) in saucepan. Mix cornstarch with small amount of water and add to sauce. Cook over medium heat, stirring until thickened. Serve over hot rice or noodles.
