French Toast

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla or 1 tablespoon rum
  • 4 slices bread

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs slightly. Add sugar, salt, milk,and vanilla (or rum). Dip bread into mixture and allow is to soak up the liquid. Fry in butter or margarine until golden brown.
