Ingredients
- 6 apples (not delicious or green)
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 unbeaten egg
- 1/4 cup melted butter (usually less)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat to 400. Pam bottom of pan. Peel, core and cube apples.Place fruit in pan. Sift and mix flour, baking powder and salt. Add sugar. Add egg and make crumbs. Cover fruit with crumbs. Drizzle butter over crumbs. Bake covered 20 minutes, uncovered 20 to 25 more until golden brown.
