Ingredients
- 1 package Pepperidge Farm patty shells
- 1 cup ham julienned
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup green pepper chopped
- 1/4 cup green onion sliced
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups milk
- 4 hard cooked eggs sliced
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare patty shells according to package instructions. Meanwhile, brown ham in butter in saucepan. Add green pepper and onion and cook until tender. Add flour and cook, stirring until bubbly and smooth. Remove from heat and stir in milk. Add eggs and reheat. Spoon into patty shells and serve.
