Ingredients
- 1 Head of Cabbage, cut in small pieces
- 2 Tbs. Margarine
- 1 Tbs. Flour
- 2 Cups Milk
- 1 tsp. Lowry's Seasoned Salt
- 1/8 tsp. Pepper
- 6 oz. American Cheese
- 2 Cups Bread Crumbs
- 1 Tbs. Butter, melted

Preparation
Step 1
Cook cabbage in medium amount of water (do not over cook); set aside. In saucepan, melt margarine. Add flour, milk, seasoned salt, pepper and cheese. Stir while cooking. Fold sauce over drained cabbage. Put in a 9" x 13" Pyrex dish. Top with bread crumbs that have been mixed with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees until crumbs are golden brown and sauce bubbles through the cabbage (about 30 minutes).
