Ingredients
- •1 angel food cake
- •1 (8oz.) pkg. Light cream cheese, softened
- •1/2 cup sugar
- •1/4 cup evaporated skimmed milk
- •2 pints strawberries, hulled & sliced
Preparation
Step 1
Use a serrated knife to slice the angel food cake horizontally into 3 equal layers.
Prepare the filling by creaming together the cream cheese, sugar and evaporated milk.
Top the bottom layer with the filling and strawberries. Repeat the layers. Refrigerate.
