Ingredients
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/3 cup honey
- 3 tbsp canola oil
- 6 green onions, sliced
- 3 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
- 3 tsp dried thyme
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground allspice
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1.5lb)

Preparation
Step 1
Place first 9 ingred in blender or food processor; cover and process until smooth.
Pour 1/2 cup into bowl for basting; cover and refrigerate
Pour remaining marinade into large resealable plastic bag; add chicken
Seal bag and turn to coar; refrigerate up to 6 hrs
Drain and discard marinade.
Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray before starting grill
Grill chicken, covered, over med heat 4-6 min on each side or until juices run clear, basting frequently with reserved marinade
