Baked Rigatoni with Sausage

Ingredients

  • 3 3/4 cups rigatoni
  • 5 Italian Sausage links 4 oz each
  • 26 oz spaghetti sauce
  • 1/4 cup dry red wine
  • 2 cups shredded Italian cheese blend

Preparation

Step 1

Boil rigatoni
In Dutch oven, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink
Add spaghetti sauce and wine
Drain rigatoni; add to sausage mixture and toss to coat.
Transfer to greased 13x9 pan and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 15-20 or until cheese is melted.
