Ingredients

1/2 cup beer, or more to taste
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (1 ounce) packet Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dips Mix
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
Chopped green onions (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine Cheddar cheese, cream cheese and dips mix in medium bowl. Gradually stir in beer until mixture reaches desired consistency. Garnish with green onion and additional Cheddar cheese.
