    Box Manicotti

  • 1

    Jar Marinara Sauce

  • 3-4

    Garlic Cloves, minced

  • 12

    oz. Ricotta Cheese

  • 1

    Pkg. Frozen Chopped Spinach

  • 1

    Pkg. Fresh Mushrooms, sliced

  • 2

    Tbs. Olive Oil

  • 1

    Cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded

  • 1

    Cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook manicotti according to package directions; set aside. Heat oil in pan and saute garlic and mushrooms. When about done, add spinach. In a small bowl mix ricotta cheese and spinach/mushroom mixture with 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Fill the noodles with mixture and place in a 9" x 13" pan. Grease pan and and cover the bottom with some of the marinara sauce. Place stuffed manicotti on top. Cover stuffed manicotti with remaining sauce and cheeses. Sprinkle Italian seasoning according to desire. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
