Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- a pinch Kosher salt per egg
- 1/4 cup grated Gruyere cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 450°F
Line a roasting pan with parchment paper
Separate eggs
Put the egg whites bowl
Add a pinch of salt
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form
Fold in the grated Gruyere cheese
Create two mounds on the lined baking sheet with indentations in the centers.
Place in the oven for 3 minutes.
After 3 minutes, gently add an egg yolk to the center of each nest.
Return and cook for 3 more minutes.
Serve
