Ingredients
- 2 C flour
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 egg
- 3/4 C sour cream
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1/2 t cinnamon
- 1/2 C ground nuts (almonds or pecans)
Preparation
Step 1
Mix flour & butter as for pie crust. Add 1 egg & sour cream. Work into a roll. Cover & refrigerate overnight Divide into 4 parts. Roll out into a circle. Mix sugar & cinnamon. Sprinkle with sugar mixture to cover circle of dough. Cut in thin wedges (best to use pizza cutter) & roll up. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet, lined with partchment paper. Bake 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees.
