Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 Tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg yolk
- dash of salt
- 3 Tablespoons All Purpose Flour
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of Oatmeal (I used Old Fashioned Oats...you can use what you have on hand)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of Corn Flakes

Preparation
Step 1
Melt the butter in a microwave safe mug or bowl or jar
Add the sugar and brown sugar; mix well.
Add the vanilla; mix
Add the salt; mix well.
Add the egg yolk; mix well.
Add the flour; mix well.
Add 1 1/2 tablespoons of Oatmeal; mix well.
Add 1 1/2 tablespoons of Corn Flakes; mix well.
Microwave for 40 seconds and check for doneness.
