Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 4 Apples, peeled and sliced thinly
  • 2/3 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Tbs. Flour
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • Pie Crust for double crust pie
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 3/4 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/3 Cup Flour
  • 1/4 Cup Butter
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Roll crust to fit a 15" x 10" sheet pan. Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over crust. Mix topping ingredients together and sprinkle over apples. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool and cut into bars.
