Ingredients
- 3 red skinned potatoes, sliced 1/8 inch thick (1 lb)
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- Olive oil
- Salt and black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat grill to medium-high. Brush grill grate with oil.
Toss potatoes and asparagus with oil, then season with salt and pepper.
Grill potatoes and asparagus, covered, until potatoes are cooked through, 3 minutes per side, and asparagus begins to char, 3 minutes total. Cut asparagus into thirds then toss with asparagus.
