Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 sticks softened margarine
- 3 c flour
- 1 1/2 t. soda
- 3 eggs
- 6 ripe bananas
- 2 c. chopped pecans
- pinch salt
Preparation
Step 1
Cream eggs, margarine and sugar. Add bananas. In another bowl, sift flour, salt and soda. Add flour mixture a little at a time to sugar-butter mixture, mixing well after each addition. Add nuts. Pour batter into a well greased and floured angel cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
