Pecan Cake Filling

Ingredients

  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 3 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
  • 2 t. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first four ingredients in pan and cook for 15 minutes. Turn fire off and add pecans and vanilla.
