Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup each halved grapes and sliced strawberries
  • 3/4 cup boiling water
  • 1 pkg (4 serving size) Jello-O brand Strawberry Flavor Sugar Free Gelatin
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 cup plus 6 tbsp, thawed Cool Whip Lite Whipped Topping

Preparation

Step 1

Divide fruit among 6 parfait glasses. Stir boiling water into gelatin until dissolved. Stir in water and 3/4 cup ice cubes. Pour 3/4 cup gelatin over frutt in glasses. Refrigerate 20 minutes until set but not firm.

Stir 1 cup whipped topping into remaining gelatin with whisk until smooth. Spoon over gelatin in glasses. Refrigerate 1 hour. Garnish with remaining whipped topping.
