No Peek Casserole

This casserole bakes in a slow oven for two to three hours. Serve with noodles or rice. Good enough for company.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds stew meat, cut in 1" pieces
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1 (4-oz) can mushrooms
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. red wine
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a 2-quart casserole.
Bake at 300 for 2 to 3 hours.
Serve over rice or noodles.
