Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 2/3 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups butterscotch pieces
- 1/2 cup nuts
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 cups small marshmallows
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Combine butter, milk, sugar and salt in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. (Start timing when mixture begins to bubble around the edges of pan.)
Remove from heat. Add marshmallows, butterscotch pieces, vanilla and nuts. Stir vigorously 1 minute.
Drop by tsp. on waxed paper.
