Ingredients
- Bread ingredients:
- 4 tubes of buttermilk biscuits
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 cups nuts (optional)
- Topping ingredients:
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk (regular milk can be substituted)
Preparation
Step 1
Topping:
Combine all ingredients and bring to boil. Let cool. Pour over bread in bundt pan.
Bread:
Cut biscuits into quarters. Mix sugar and cinnamon in zip lock bag. Place a few biscuit pieces into the cinnamon mixture and shack until well coated. Place pieces into a greased bundt pan. Continue coating biscuit pieces and layer them into the pan. Pour topping over all pieces. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes. Turn onto serving plate.
