Ingredients
- 3/4 Cup Sugar
- 1 Stick Butter
- 2 Tbs. Water
- 1 Cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
- 2 Eggs
- 1 1/4 Cups Flour
- 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1 Cup Mint Chocolate Chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9" square baking pan with nonstick baking spray. Combine sugar, butter and water in a large microwavable bowl; microwave on high 2 1/2 to 3 minutes or until butter is melted. Stir in semisweet chips; stir gently until chips are melted and mixture is well blended. Stir in vanilla, let stand 5 minutes to cool. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add flour, baking soda and salt; stir until blended. Stir in mint chocolate chips. Spread batter in prepared pan. Bake 25 minutes for fudgy brownies or 30 minutes for cake-like brownies. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
