Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 pkg Knorr Flavors rice side- Steak Fajitas flavor
- 1 c (14.5oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 1/2 c water
- 1 c (16oz) red kidney beans, rinsed and drained

Preparation
Step 1
1. Brown ground beef with onion in 4 qt stockpot; draind, if desired.
2. Stir in remaining. Bring to a boiler over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered, stirring occasionally, 7 minutes or until rice is tender.
3. Garnish, if desired, with sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese and/or sliced green onions.
Tip: Spice it up with hot pepper sauce and/or chopped jalapeno peppers.
