Ingredients
- Leftover baked chicken (whole, thighs or breasts - anyway it has been seasoned except BBQ)
- Onions, celery, dill slices(finely chopped)
- Walnuts (some chopped fine, some chunky)
- Raisins - if you like plump, juicy raisins, let soak in hot, boiling water for a few hours - otherwise, throw in as is
- salt and pepper
- mayonnaise or salad dressing

Only use the best of the leftover chicken. Enjoyed using 12-grain or Rosemary Italian bread.
