Ingredients
- 2/3 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chopped chocolate bar (try milk chocolate--too bitter with half bittersweet and half semisweet)
- 3 cups whole milk, plus more if needed
Preparation
Step 1
1.In a small saucepan, bring the cream to a boil, and then pour it over the chocolate. Whisk well until the chocolate melts.
2.Return the ganache to a saucepan and heat with 1 cup of the whole milk. Add more milk to taste, up to 3 cups (or more for small children).
