Ingredients
- 1 Stick Butter, softened
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1/3 Cup Frozen Lemonade Concentrate, thawed
- 1 Egg
- 2 1/4 Cup Flour
- 1 Tbs. Lemon Peel, grated
- 3/4 tsp. Baking Soda
- 3/4 tsp. Salt
- 1 Cup Dried Cranberries

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 13" x 9" baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Combine butter and sugar in large bowl; beat with electric mixer at medium speed 2 minutes or until creamy. Beat in lemonade concentrate and egg until blended. Mixture may appear curdled. Add flour, lemon peel, baking soda and salt; beat just until blended. Stir in cranberries. Press dough into prepared pan. Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
