Ingredients
- 2/3 c. plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp. cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. poppy seeds
- 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. dried cranberries
- 1/4 c. sliced almonds
Preparation
Step 1
1. In a large bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, vinegar, poppy seeds, rosemary, onion powder, and salt and pepper.
2. Stir in chicken, celery, cranberries, and almonds.
3. This is best served chilled and after it's had a chance to sit for a few hours.
