Popovers - Sylvia
No fail yorkshire pudding recipe!
- 1 cup flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 Tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
1. Preheat oven to 400F.
2. Beat all ingredients together until smooth.
3. Pour batter into 10 greased heat resistant glass custard cups, 1/3 full.
4. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until golden, firm and crusty.
*popover batter can be made the night before, pour into cups, and stored in the fridge*
