Ingredients
- 4 Cups Green Apples, peeled, diced
- 2 Cups Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Vegetable oil
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Cups Flour
- 2 tsp. Baking Soda
- 2 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Nutmeg
- 1/2 Cup Walnuts, chopped

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 13" x 9" baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Combine apples, sugar, oil, and eggs in a large bowl; mix well. Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg; stir until well blended. Stir in walnuts. Spread batter in the prepared pan. Bake 1 hour or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
