Step 1

Use 12 scallops and cook until golden then set aside. Stir in 2 tbsp butter, 2 tsp minced garlic and 1/2 c diced tomatoes and cook over medium heat 2 minutes. Then add 1/2 c white wine and 2 tbsp lemon juice and cook 3-5 minutes or until reduced by half. Toss sauce with 1 lb prepared angle hiar pasta and scallops and garnish with parsley.
