Ingredients

    (6 oz.) Pkg. Orange Jello

  • 2 1/2

    Cups Boiling Water

  • 2

    Cans Mandarin Oranges

  • 1

    (8 oz.) Can Crushed Pineapple, drained

  • 1

    Can (6 oz.) Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate, thawed

  • Topping:

  • 1

    Pkg. Cream Cheese, softened

  • 1

    Cup Cold Milk

  • 1

    Pkg. (3.4 oz.) Vanilla Pudding, instant

Directions

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Stir in oranges, pineapple, and orange juice concentrate. Coat a 9 x 13" glass dish with Pam. Add gelatin mixture and refrigerate until firm. For topping beat softened cream cheese with cold milk and instant vanilla pudding mix; beat until smooth. Spread over orange layer. Chill until firm. Yield 12-16 servings.
