Ingredients

  • Cups Boiling Water

  • 1

    Cup Old Fashioned Oats

  • 1

    Cup Granulated Sugar

  • 1

    Cup Brown Sugar, packed

  • ½

    Cup (1 Stick) Butter, softened

  • 2

    Eggs

  • 1

    tsp. Vanilla

  • Cup Flour

  • ¼

    Cup Unsweetened Cocoa

  • 1

    tsp. Baking Soda

  • 1

    Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

  • 1

    Pkg. (12 oz.) Chocolate and Peanut Butter Chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 13" x 9" Baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Combine boiling water and oats in large bowl; let stand 10 minutes. Stir until water is absorbed. Add granulated sugar, brown sugar, and butter; beat with electric mixer at low speed 1 minute or until well blended. Beat in eggs and vanilla until well blended. Add flour, cocoa and baking soda; beat until blended. Stir in 1 cup chocolate chips. Spread batter in prepared pan; sprinkle with chocolate and peanut butter chips. Bake 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted near the middle comes out clean. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
