Pastrami Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 medium Onion, julliened
  • 1 carrot, julliened
  • 1 cup Sugar Snap Peas
  • 1 lb Fresh Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 Red Pepper, julliened
  • 1 Yellow Pepper, julliened
  • 1 Zuchinni, julliened
  • 1/4 cup Water Chestnuts
  • 6 oz Pastrami, cubed
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 5 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Teriyaki Sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic, crushed
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 2 tsp Cornstarch, diluted in
  • 3 Tbsp Water

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil over high flame.
Add onions and saute for 2 minutes.
Add carrots, snap peas and mushrooms. Saute for 4 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and saute for 4 minutes.
