Ingredients
- 1 medium Onion, julliened
- 1 carrot, julliened
- 1 cup Sugar Snap Peas
- 1 lb Fresh Mushrooms, sliced
- 1 Red Pepper, julliened
- 1 Yellow Pepper, julliened
- 1 Zuchinni, julliened
- 1/4 cup Water Chestnuts
- 6 oz Pastrami, cubed
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 5 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Teriyaki Sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic, crushed
- 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp Cornstarch, diluted in
- 3 Tbsp Water
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil over high flame.
Add onions and saute for 2 minutes.
Add carrots, snap peas and mushrooms. Saute for 4 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and saute for 4 minutes.
