Ingredients
- 2 T Oil
- 1/2 lb ground pork
- Soft Tofu cut into large cubes (not silken)
- 3 T Hot bean paste
- 2 T Soy Sauce
- 1 clove Garlic, minced fine
- 1/2 tsp Ginger minced fine
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 T green onion, sliced thin
- Cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp Sesame Oil

Preparation
Step 1
Add oil to hot skillet. Add ginger and garlic. Stir fry for 10-15 sec then add pork. Stir fry and break into lumps.(about 5 min). Add bean paste, pepper and fry until all ingredients are evenly mixed. Add tofu and stir gently. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and let cook until very fragrant, about 10 min. Bring to a boil and thicken with cornstarch and water, Turn off heat and sprinkle with sesame oil and green onion.
