Spicy Soy Kale Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 T rice vinegar
  • 1 T low- sodium soy sauce
  • 2 t dark sesame oil
  • 1/2 t brown sugar
  • 1/4 t chili garlic sauce
  • 4 c torn kale
  • 2 c torn Savoy cabbage leaves
  • 1 c shredded carrot
  • 1 c sliced red bell pepper
  • 1/2 c sliced radish
  • 1/4 c chopped cilantro

Preparation

Step 1

Combine rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar and chili garlic sauce in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and toss. Let stand for 8 mins and serve.
