Ingredients
- 1 lb mixed chopped meat (beef,veal,pork)
- 2 large eggs
- fresh italian parsley
- black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated cheese
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs, plain
- 4 cloves garlic, sliced
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients.
Shape meatballs with your hands. Makes about 12 medium-sized balls.
Fry meatballs in olive oil until brown, but not cooked through.
Put meatballs in simmering sauce.
