Lemon Blueberry Cake
Dump Cake recipe.
- 1 Box Lemon Cake Mix
- 1 Pkg. (4-serving size) Lemon Instant Pudding Mix
- 4 Eggs
- 3/4 Cup Water
- 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 Cup Fresh Blueberries, divided
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 13" x 9" baking pan with nonstick cooking spay. Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water, and oil in large bowl; beat 1-2 minutes or until well blended. Gently fold in 1/2 cup blueberries. Spread batter in prepared pan; sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup blueberries. Bake 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool completely on wire rack.
